Location was superb. 2 minute walk to Rosebank Mall which has every major retail outlet and restaurant you could need and many of SA's banks yet the rooms are tranquil with sliding doors to enclosed garden area. Restaurant is very pleasant and my continental breakfast was ok but could have had a more more extensive choice for the price. Good service. though. Room is very spacious with basic kitchen facilities which was a bonus. Lovely, well equipped en suite with all the little amenities that travellers need. Close to Gautrain and Ubers are everywhere. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a spacious room on the ground floor facing a courtyard with a garden. We had a kitchenette and a table, aside from a desk. Breakfast was served in a separate room facing the bigger courtyard garden. The hotel had a home-like atmosphere and was very comfortable. Wifi was great!

The location for us was ideal. Right opposite a pleasant partially open shopping center and many good restaurants. Good beds and nice little kitchenette. Double doors opening into a small garden. Many units on the ground floor. Great breakfast.

Fantastic place and staff. We stayed here at the end of a long trip, and loved the accessibility to the mall for dinners and shopping (in the underground artisan market)! It felt like the hotel was built as an apartment complex (two stories) and turned into a hotel, so it was very comfortable. Tons of parking

Not really a hotel but an apartment/hotel complex in an ideal location directly across from the Rosebank train station, a huge shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a Super Spar grocery, and the terminus of the hop on/off bus. We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit when I asked for a room closer to the front gate (mobility problems), but even the smaller, studio apartment was handsome and spacious. The Courtyard is also a gated property which is a little off-putting, but then I guess fences and gates are standard for Johannesburg.

Great location across the road from the mall, rooms were nice and spacious, felt very safe within the grounds of the hotel with security etc. Staff were lovely!

Everything and I mean everything except the TV. The garden and plants set it apart it doesn’t feel like you’re in the city. The food was good, it took a while but I understood they were short staffed

Great location for eating and shopping and perfect for our visit to Joberg. We booked it as it was across the road from the Gautrain and the hop on hop off bus stop. There was plenty of parking available for this that had cars. The staff were very friendly and professional

Location is awesome! It's conveniently right across the Rosebank Mall. Swimming pool was good too! Staff were helpful in arranging airport transfers for us.
