Courtyard Hotel Rosebank

Location was superb. 2 minute walk to Rosebank Mall which has every major retail outlet and restaurant you could need and many of SA's banks yet the rooms are tranquil with sliding doors to enclosed garden area. Restaurant is very pleasant and my continental breakfast was ok but could have had a more more extensive choice for the price. Good service. though. Room is very spacious with basic kitchen facilities which was a bonus. Lovely, well equipped en suite with all the little amenities that travellers need. Close to Gautrain and Ubers are everywhere. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The location for us was ideal. Right opposite a pleasant partially open shopping center and many good restaurants. Good beds and nice little kitchenette. Double doors opening into a small garden. Many units on the ground floor. Great breakfast.

Position suited us, rooms were spacious and sunny with extra facilities, reception pool and hospitality staff were great and security staff were always helpful and polite.

Not really a hotel but an apartment/hotel complex in an ideal location directly across from the Rosebank train station, a huge shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a Super Spar grocery, and the terminus of the hop on/off bus. We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit when I asked for a room closer to the front gate (mobility problems), but even the smaller, studio apartment was handsome and spacious. The Courtyard is also a gated property which is a little off-putting, but then I guess fences and gates are standard for Johannesburg.
